Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no questions asked. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings whenever you need to, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
What happens when I hit a limit?
You can keep using Sens, but you won't be able to add more assets, users, or boards until you upgrade or remove some items. Your existing data stays intact.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade anytime and you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrade at the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Paddle. We can also accommodate invoicing for Enterprise customers.
What's included in "white-glove migration"?
For Enterprise customers, we'll personally help you import your existing data from spreadsheets or other tools, configure your team structure, and set up your first boards. Think of it as a guided setup session with the founder.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet, but it's coming soon. Currently all plans are billed monthly. Sign up for updates if you'd like to be notified when annual billing becomes available.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 3 months after cancellation, giving you time to export anything you need or reactivate your account. After that, data is permanently deleted.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, strict data isolation between organizations, and follow security best practices. Your data is never shared with third parties.
Can I export my data?
Absolutely. You can export your assets, subscriptions, and insights to CSV at any time. PDF reports are also available. Your data belongs to you, and we make it easy to take it with you.
